Angels sang from heaven's throne
On the night that Christ was born
Hallelujah Peace on Earth, Goodwill to men
And the star was shining bright
On this glorious holy night
At the birth of the dear King in Bethlehem

Wise men traveled from afar
Guided by the eastern star
To the manger where the baby Jesus lay
Gifts of gold and myrrh they bring
As the choir of angels sing
And the baby's sleeping there upon the hay
