This online photography project is a
progressive effort to build, improve, update and perfect our online photo
libraries. We have now completed a major 2009-2010 photo upload to our Canada
Collections.
We have also added close to 400 photos of Hong Kong in out
Global World Album, however like the Canada folder, we will wait till late fall and winter to add in
descriptions. That is a indoor project and right now we are very busy outdoors.
We have now upgraded all our albums to "Gallery 3" allowing
you many more options. One feature we always wanted was the ability for our
viewers to comment on photos. Now that wish has become reality as we are now
able to separate messages from legitimate viewers from those of spam bots that
flood websites with senseless garbage.
Feedback is often the very fuel
that keeps this project alive, so let us know what
you think.
The improvements by the Gallery 3 team are nothing short of
phenomenal and make online photo albums a pleasure to navigate.
The new galleries will now be able to use GPS imbedded data
to show where images were taken. Not all photos have GPS data, but we will be
adding a lot of them in the near future. New technology in new cameras allows
for even greater enjoyment in photography.
Our photo collections are a unique
insight on some very interesting locations, showing images of people, scenery,
fauna, flora, buildings. In particular photos that are unique, in hopes that our
viewers might have a better understanding of those people and places we have
photographed. New for 2010 is viewers will be able to comment on photos,
however to insure no vulgar language is used all comments will be subject to
review.
At the time of this update the number of Photos and Albums
are as follows.
Philippines: 29 albums - 924 photos
Canada: 27 albums - 1385 photos.
Global World: 26 albums - 1223 photos
In Global world we now have albums from Mexico, Hong Kong and the U.S.A.
